Development of a prudent plan for the widening of Burnt Store Road, including development of the adjacent land, based on a 355' right-of-way to buffer neighborhood disturbance
Ceitus Boat Lock removal and planning of a new lock or any other alternatives that will serve our many boaters and wildlife enthusiasts in the area
Various land use and zoning changes, creating more suitable zoning districts to protect the value of our homes by creating more compatible types of neighborhood commercial projects
Street paving and maintenance
Neighborhood cleanliness and beautification
Recreation facilities, such as additional parks, sidewalks, bike lanes, etc.
Working closely with the City to plan our future sewer and water utility needs to effectively handle our population growth
Work with the City to balance residential and commercial land uses and formulate a sustainable, long-range plan for the City's growth and development
