The Resort at Tranquility Lake
The NWNA has followed this project since 2015 and maintains communication with its current management. The luxury RV resort is operated by Equity Lifestyle Properties Inc., which operates over 450 RV Parks and campsites throughout the U.S. and Canada.
This is the first major commercial project to be completed in the Northwest Cape in well over a decade since the building of the Publix at Coral Shores. The RV Resort at Tranquility Lake, off Durden Pkwy., is complete and taking reservations. The resort has 500 RV spots and will attract an expected 1,000 tourists daily in the “season” and about 500 during the summer.
Situated along the shores of a 90-acre lake, Tranquility Lakes RV Resort offers amenities that suit an active lifestyle, including multiple swimming pools, a luxurious clubhouse, a lake-view fitness center, covered lakeside pavilion, ten pickleball courts, and a bocce ball area.
