New RV Park in Cape Coral Florida - The Resort at Tranquility Lake Update
Hi Members:
I have an update on the progress being made at The Resort at Tranquility Lake. I stopped to check out the site and decided to take a short video for you all to see.
Progress is certainly showing on this project site and the excitement continues to grow in anticipation of Phase 1 completion later this year!
Sources tell me that there will be a lot of amenities in this phase for example:
- Welcome Center with gatehouse for security at the entrance
- There will be three swimming pools at the Club House (a large building near the lake)
- Boat ramps
- Boats to rent for fishing on the lake
- Pickleball courts
- Green spaces
- Laundry building (building at the end)
- Dog park behind the laundry building
- Patios for each RV pad
Wow! What a great year it's turning out to be for NW Cape Coral residents!
