Please Welcome Our New Public Works Committee Chair

I would like to introduce you to the new Public Works Committee Chair for the Northwest Cape Coral Neighborhood Association.

Don Freeman has been an NW Cape Coral resident for over 4 years since moving south from New England. Don is currently a registered Professional Engineer in Florida and in several other states. He has recently retired from full-time employment after over 30 years of working in the water and sewer industry for an international consulting engineering firm.

He has been personally responsible for implementing several multi-million-dollar sewer projects in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, and South Carolina. Don’s expertise will be invaluable to our association as the Utilities Expansion Projects continue in the Northwest.

Don’s goals for the committee chair are to ensure residents are kept informed of ongoing Public Works projects, to voice legitimate concerns to Pubic Works ensuring we provide early input into planned and ongoing projects, and to ultimately provide a voice in the growth of our neighborhoods as expansion is inevitable.
