New Updates
Just as the Achieva Credit Union opens at the Coral Shores Shopping Center, a pre-application request was recently submitted for a Chase Bank to be built on the northeast corner of Burnt Store and Pine Island Rds. So, on the perimeter of Coral Shores, going west from McDonalds, we have an Achieva Credit Union, an open lot, a planned Chase Bank, and open land down to the Auto Zone.
On the north side of Pine Island Rd., just to the west of the Cube Smart red storage facility, a plan exists for a commercial flex space to include restaurants, retail and a 50,000 sq. ft. warehouse space. Though this was approved in 2023, a sign only recently appeared on the land advertising for commercial tenants. No construction date has been listed.
